They have it all bass-ackwards

Last Friday at the holiest mosque in Islam, the sermon was delivered by Dr. Abd Al-Rahman Al-Sudayis, Imam of Islam's holiest mosque, Al-Haram in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

Despite Saudia Arabia's claims to have cracked down on hate filled sermons by radical imans, he was allowed to deliver a rant on one his his favorite subjects;. how much he hates the Jews and the west. Here is part of what he said:

Oh, Allah, heal our sick, have mercy on our dead, release our prisoners, and save our Al-Aqsa Mosque. Oh Allah, liberate our Al-Aqsa Mosque from the defilement of the occupying and brutal Zionists. Oh Allah, make it high and mighty until Judgment Day. Oh Allah, punish the occupying Zionists and their supporters from among the corrupt infidels. Oh Allah, scatter and disperse them, and make an example of them for those who take heed.

Now this doesn't make a lick of sense to me. If he feels that Allah is all powerfull, all knowing, perfect, and omnipitant, then why in the hell is he asking him to do things for him? Isn't that putting the cart before the horse? If the "Zionist" and their infidel supporters are truely such as problem, then doesn't he think that Allah will take care of things himself?

I mean why is he asking Allah to do his dirty work for him? Wouldn't that be putting himself above Allah, which is a sin in his faith?

It just seems very backwards and stupid to have to beg your god to kill people you don't like. It is just a lame ass cop-out. If anything, he should be praying to his god to not punish him for having such evil thoughts. What a jack-ass loser.
